IT Support Technician

| Due to Group expansion a client requires an experienced IT Technician to join the IT Department. The successful candidate will be based in the Banbury area working on a job share role providing support to their expanding offices in Banbury, Wantage and Cirencester. Remote support and visits to other company offices will be required from time to time. Responsibilities of the role are as follows: o Good knowledge and experience supporting Windows 2000, XP and Office o Good knowledge and experience supporting Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 o Knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN infrastructure o Ability to install, support and maintain hardware and software o Ability to provide telephone support to remote users o Basic telephony experience an advantage Click here to email this Job to friend.
